It’s about confidence. Routine. Feeling in control. Feeling comfortable in your own skin - not just on a good day, but consistently - and for many of the guys I work with, especially within the gay community, body image can carry more weight than people talk about.
There’s pressure. Comparison. Expectations.
I’m not here to ignore that, but I’m not here to make it the whole focus either. What we do here is build something better.
