Fitness has been a core part of my life from an early age. From playing sports and taking on hiking trails, to structured gym training - staying active has always been second nature to me.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve become a certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, while also dedicating 15+ years to my own training and development.
